I almost forgot one of my all time favorite pranks.

The never ending spreadsheet:

If you work in a place that uses Excel and people are network to a distant printer this is so easy to pull off and so frustrating to those who you attack. When the mark is away from their desk and they leave a spreadsheet open, simply scroll all the way down to the bottom right corner of the spreadsheet. It's a long way down there! Once there, just type in a single period (.) and bring the page back to its original location. Now when they print this spreadsheet, it will print everything all the way down to the last period. Most people will never even find the problem.
