Namco America Inc. and Sony BMG Music Entertainment said on Monday they settled a lawsuit in which Namco charged that a Sony BMG artist used sounds from its popular Pac-Man arcade game in violation of intellectual property laws.
Namco America, a Namco Ltd subsidiary, said the song at issue was "Game Over" from the album "U Gotta Feel Me," by Sony BMG recording artist Lil' Flip, a rapper hailing from Houston.
