For those of you who know me closely, Bob is the name I gave the sun. Everyone knows that Bob and I do not get along. I am a man of fair skin (red head), and we all know how red heads have a tendancy to burn to a crisp after only a few hours of direct sunlight. In my short time in this world, I have managed to have 3 heat strokes. I had 1 major heat stroke while I was in the Army out in Ft. Sill OK.
After that I have never really been able to adapt to high temperatures that well. You can imagine my joy this morning when I heard on the radio that the Heat Index will be between 105-110 degrees F and humidity near 100%. I need to find me a cool place to crawl under and hibernate through the summer.
