What happened?

Did everything just go to hell this weekend? I've been at work for less than 2 hours this morning and I got service problems popping up all over the country. Now, usually this would be a good thing. We make pretty good money on these serivce calls. The problem is, we only have two available techs on hand at the moment. Every call is high priority and have to be resolved quickly. I think there is a gremlin running across the country sabatoging shit just to make my life hell.
